Cancellation Policy
At KleanCo., we strive to provide reliable and efficient services to both our clients and cleaners. To ensure smooth operations and respect for everyone's time, we have established the following cancellation policy:
For Clients
Cancellation Notice:
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booking without incurring any charges.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the service cost.
No-Show Policy:
- If the client is not present/has not given adequate access instructions during the booking process and no other notice has been given/provided, it will be considered a no-show.
- No-shows will incur a full-service charge (100% of the total booking cost).
For Cleaners
Cancellation Notice:
- Cleaners must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they are unable to attend a scheduled job.
- Failure to provide 24 hours' notice may result in a penalty equivalent to 25% of the cleaning fee for the missed job.
No-Show Policy:
- If a cleaner fails to show up for a scheduled job without providing notice, it will be considered a no-show.
- A no-show by a cleaner will result in a penalty of 50% of the cleaning fee for the missed job and may lead to removal from the platform for repeated occurrences.
Dispute Resolution:
- If there are any disputes regarding cancellations or no-shows, both parties can contact KleanCo. within 48 hours of the incident. We will review the situation and work towards a fair resolution.
Modifications to the Policy: KleanCo. reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Clients and cleaners will be notified of any changes in advance. By booking or accepting jobs through KleanCo., both clients and cleaners agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
